About Accordia Senior Service Home Care

All of our associates are trained caregivers and we understand that caring for your loved one can be a bit overwhelming at times. Some of our caregivers were also responsible for caring for a senior love one. We are very passionate about delivering quality care to our clients.We understand the demand and challenges caregivers endure when caring for a family member.

Accordia Senior Services is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization. We are committed to providing the best in client services by placing highly qualified personnel in our clients’ homes. It is filling a need for a large assortment of in-home services that are not provided by the competition. Our niche is the ability to provide any type of home support activity needed or wanted by the client. For example, Accordia will do any housekeeping chores including moderate to heavy duty cleaning (washing walls, windows, cleaning stoves,  and waxing floors), all forms of general housekeeping, companionship, respite, yard work, handyman tasks, out-of-town transportation, and plant care. In short, it will provide whatever non-medical services, except for selling special equipment.

 

As a Senior Service provider, we help families like yours by assessing your exact care needs and creating a personalized plan of care. We then assign experienced caregivers that meet and exceed your needs. We put forth every effort to make sure we match you with a caregiver who is not only capable, but is also caring and a great fit for your family. We take great pride in providing assistance/respite care to families who are responsible for caring for their loved ones 24/7.

 

Each client will be seen by a case manager to determine what services are needed. A Registered Nurse (RN) will conduct the initial assessment before starting each encounter and will follow up with a supervisory visit to ensure the plan of care is being carried out to your satisfaction.

 

Accordia has three primary objectives:

• To act as an alternative to options such as long-term or institutional care

       

Accordia seeks to form a partnership with the participants and caregivers to promote independence and quality of life. Also, to educate families about respite care and encourage them to take advantage of senior care services.
